At 247 Event Center, we strive to create a harmonious and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To ensure the success of your event and the safety and satisfaction of everyone present, we kindly request that you adhere to the following venue rules:

Respectful Conduct: Please treat our venue and staff with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Capacity Limits: Adhere to the specified capacity limits of each event space. Overcrowding jeopardizes the safety of all attendees.

No Outside Catering: To maintain quality standards and comply with health regulations, outside catering is not permitted. Our culinary team is dedicated to providing delicious and safe dining options.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside; please use them responsibly.

Alcohol Consumption: Only alcohol provided by our licensed vendors is allowed on the premises. Guests attempting to bring their own alcohol will be asked to leave.

Decorations: While we encourage personalizing your event, please consult with our event coordinator before installing any decorations. Certain restrictions may apply.

Parking Guidelines: Follow parking guidelines to ensure the smooth flow of traffic. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.

Security Measures: Our venue is equipped with security measures for the safety of all guests. Cooperate with security personnel and report any concerns promptly.

Noise Levels: Keep noise levels within reasonable limits, especially during events with live entertainment. Excessive noise may result in warnings or removal from the premises.

Children's Supervision: For events where children are present, ensure adequate supervision to prevent any accidents or disturbances.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of your planned event. To ensure a fair and transparent process, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Notification Periods:

30 Days or More: Full refund of the reservation fee.
15-29 Days: 50% refund of the reservation fee.
Less Than 15 Days: No refund.
Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation date.
Refund amounts are determined based on the notification period.
Event Date Changes:

Rescheduling an event to an available date within six months may be considered without additional fees, subject to availability.
Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (acts of nature, government regulations, etc.), both parties may discuss alternative arrangements or consider rescheduling without penalties.
